Honor 5C, Honor T1 tablet launched in India

Huawei Honor 5C smartphone has been launched by the company in India at Rs 10,999. Huawei also launched a tablet – Honor T1 in India, which is a 7-inch tablet at Rs 6,999.

Huawei Honor 5C and Honor T1 are Flipkart exclusive devices. The smartphone can also be bought from Huwaei store online here. The Honor 5C will be available on its first flash sale on June 30, registrations for which begin today at 2 pm. Huawei Honor 5C comes in silver, gold and grey colour options.

Huawei Honor T1, on the other hand will be available on open sale on Flipkart starting today at 2 pm.

Honor 5C features a 5.2-inch Full HD display, runs an octa-core Kirin 650 processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage. The Kirin octa-core processor is an in-house one from Huawei and has a 16 nm chipset design. It has a 13MP image sensor on the back and an eight megapixel camera on the front. Honor 5C runs EMUI 4.1 based on Android Marshmallow.

Honor 5C also gets a rear fingerprint scanner like Honor 5X. It has a non-removable 3000mAh battery.

Honor T1 tablet has a 7 inch WSVGA Touchscreen, ruuns Android v4.4 (KitKat) OS and has a 2 mp front and rear camera.

It has a 1.2 GHz Spreadtrum SC7731G Quad-Core Processor, supports WiFi and 1GB RAM +8GB storage space, expandable to 32 GB. The battery is 4100 mAh and it will support 2G/3G voice-calling and data as well.
