You all members know how the organizer of any cricket event target the cricket crazy indian fans.And the penetration of satellite pay channels in India is 50 times more than pakistan.If they give it to DD for free,where their profit will come?
But the cable tv subscriber are very low in pakistan.If they don't give it free,there will be no viewers for that event.So they provide feed at a little cost and earn something form the ads.
