
¼ Cup garlic (peeled cloves).
½ Cup apple cider vinegar.
2 cups local honey.
3 tablespoons cayenne pepper flakes.
2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger root.
Heat vinegar in sauce pan medium heat,add garlic.
Simmer for 1 minute but don’t brown garlic.Remove thegarlic toes.Add ginger and cayenne flakes.
Stir in honey.Let cool,bottle.
Heat for 1 minute.Strain to remove ginger /pepper pieces.
Add enough apple cider vinegar to return volume to ¼ cup.
Note: store in fridge for up to 3 months.
Use 1 tea spoon for children or 1 tablespoon for adults.
