Help needed regarding wrong c-kyc for my PNB account

Hello, i went to open a new bank account for myself in a govt under branch of bank which is currently owned under PNB bank, I did documentation properly with branch itself. They said your bank account will be open next day.

During evening, i got a text messg on my bank number, dear "different someone else name" your c-kyc is done with 14-digital number by pnb. This is not my name and c-kyc done.

I already have c-kyc done by different bank with my name with different 14-digital number..

What do to go next? Help any suggestions! Should i visit bank branch for this inform them?, Ask them to replace wrong c-kyc with my pre-exciting c-kyc with the new bank.?

I think they entered ur mobile no wrongly to other customer, better to visit branch, they will change ur mobile no, unlink this someone account,

thank you, i also think so my number c-kyc mistakenly linked with other's bank account. I'm visiting today for this to inform correction about my c-kyc.
 
Yes i visited bank branch yesterday, After checking mobile number was linked with someone else bank account with a huge amount of money. Bank employee also shocked about the how a mobile number can effect someone else privacy with c-kyc. After explaining about the situation, thank god, pnb branch itself in my place.

Bank employee opened details of the customer whom my mobile number is linked though account and call the other branch manager told about the situation, i had faced. They asked me to sign a application for this to delinked mobile number coz as i'm using currently. They thanks to me, the matter in highlight the matter to them about other customer haven't change mobile no since a very long time.

This is situation ship created by Airtel, they re generate mobile number in other state to customer. If they didn't release number after someone else already used before a long time. This didn't happened to any customer. I hope govt will look into this matter after c-kyc of mobile number, if someone leave mobile, they will dispose it just like Jio did to customer. One ID with one number.

After some hours, i got finally message, sms services disable on your number by pnb. I'm happy after my branch bank employee really helpful and he also said, if other person having this mobile , he may can withdraw of someone saving money by this mobile number.

But i inform them immediately and close this a day after received sms. this will also teach you, Watch out Airtel and Vi numbers before you purchased, your new number may be or may not be new. Ask store employee, please don't give me used before number, it may linked to someone else bank.
