I friends I want to buy this laptop model -HP 15-BS636TU
I want laptop below 35k for normal use like browsing,watching movies, normal gaming..so above laptop is best for me or not?

Normal gaming - doubtful. Go for an i5 atleast with some kind of dedicated graphics card inbuilt. I personally would go for an i5 laptop+discrete graphics for normal use. There should be models starting from ~40K online. Do consider the possible needs of tomorrow before the purchase.

BTW It is 32.5K on flipkart (as I see right now).

I have an i3 processor with Nvidia dedicated graphics but still Lots of frame drop and lagging.

With i3 you cannot game on it. Otherwise it's a good choice for daily tasks. If you want good gaming on budget you need to go for AMD A series processor which will come within 30k with very good gaming performance.

Otherwise choose i5 with dedicated graphics for good gaming but it will cost around 45k

This laptop got 6th gen i3 processor, this is best at this price range. Go for it.
