If you have a TV with HDMI port, you can get a Chromecast which does exactly this.

if you have Nokia 5800 Xpress Music then it can play in Normal TV. And about other phones i don't know how to play content in Normal Tv

Checked and read more about it. Lot of factors involved in this. TV should have HDMI/USB I think. But good try by Microsoft.

If it's only audio, that cable might work. If you need video then It's not straight forward. You would need converters which will cost you a lot. Look at the below link.
