My samsung s4 mobile touch not working my mobile fall in 2 feet hight touch not broken & no blackness. what is the problem?

Galaxy S4 had touch sensitivity issues. I have used it in past and touch and display gone kaput once very easily.

Restart your device (check the problem is fixed or not)
Hard Factory reset the device steps (sometime it's a software problem)

If your device supports otg ..then you can connect external usb mouse or keyboard (backup all your data before preforming factory reset or taking your phone to sc)

Done same thing but no improvement

Restarting the device and factory resetting it are software related things. You dropped your phone which would have damaged hardware. Better visit a service center and get an estimate.

In service center they told change screen & touch gourd price 6k.
In market new s4 price 18k
