Do you have inverter and battery?if yes you need solar panel and charge controller only. Sukam solar is good.

For small room like 1 ceiling fan ' 1 normal tv 18" 3 led bulb.will working
Then which watt panel required which volt/amp inverter I will buy

First calculate total watts of your device and multiply with total hours you require.for eg_1fan=75watts x 5 hours=375 watts.
