5GB/Day is too less for Broadband standards. 1 hours YouTube 1080p consumes 2-3gb. Here in West Bengal almost all local ISP provides unlimited plans from ₹500.

Unfortunately, it's our sad reality bro. Nothing we can do. No choice. This is all we get. Till now they used to give only 10mbps for ₹999 and before that 1mbps for ₹999. I am surprised to see that they even launched these new plans.

These will look a lot better when you see what other popular providers are giving.

I wonder how many people subscribe for 1 or 2 Mbps speed?

That's why competition is needed. Here too before JIO Fiber. Local ISP used to charge Rs900 for 6 or 8 Mbps and after JIO Fiber they found nowhere. I get everything better in JIO Fiber like 100% Uptime with much less price.

Quite a lot I guess. Otherwise plans like this wouldn't even exist. And such providers would've shut down.
