Guide Me For Learning Driving License

Has anybody gone through the process of getting a learning driving license for him/her self in New Delhi?

I want to make my and want to know the complete procedure from collecting forms to final test.

Please narrate your complete procedure.

ya but it is diffrent state wise, so at 1st i must know the state of the member who want to know this, so and age and other things must be tell by him, for this chat is needed.
