Samsung to release Galaxy S6 “Iron Man” editions

According to a report in The Korea Times, Samsung is planning to launch limited edition “Iron Man” variant of the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge smartphones.

“The color of the new Iron Man phones will be red. We will decide on other details soon after discussions with Marvel Studio. It will be released either at the end of May or early June,” Lee Young-hee of Samsung told media in South Korea.

While other specifics of the “Iron Man” limited edition variants are a mystery at this point, they are said to feature design aspects of the Iron Man’s armoured suit.

We believe the changes between regular Galaxy S6/ S6 edge and the Iron Man variant will be just aesthetic and the specifications will remain the same.
