I am not sure if they are a bank( how they call it), how can their services be down for 17 hours officially and that too in one continuous go. Anyways I don't use it much so I am not worried.

I am using Airtel Payment Bank since 5 month. I found it very useful.
Bro are u using for recharges/bill payments or like normal bank for transactions?

Can you let us know how different it is from normal banks, if good I will try to use.

Only difference is that you cannot get loan from payment bank also as of now no physical debit card for Airtel so no ATM withdrawal. Other than these two no other difference

And you will get 7.25 % interest on daily closing balance. Even that is better than banks.
