My uncle lost a mobile in March 2023, I lodged a complaint in Karnataka State Police app & raised a request to block the mobile in CEIR portal.
Today he received a call from the cyber cell, they informed him they had recovered the stolen mobile.
He collected the mobile by visiting the cyber cell & raised the request to unblock the mobile in the portal.
