Bad move, will certainly discourage people to buy online ,meesho is quite good in this regard

I always avoid Flipkart whenever I could, this just gives me more reasons to do so.

This is no bad imo. Imagine seller having to bear cost of reverse shipping because of you changing your mind. Atleast they are giving you time to cancel before charging you.

Flipkart introduced cancellation fee RS 20 on it's platform. New policy is now available to few users on myntra as well. This will be applied once order is shipped but you tried to cancel before time.

What about smaller sellers when they ship using third party likes of Delhivery, Ecom Express etc.? The fact is people are abusing a good system and all are paying price for it.

Then they should charge cancellation fee for order from only such small sellers, and not all.
