New Delhi, June 6: Raj Kundra, who was grilled for over 12 hours on Wednesday, June 5, may court arrest soon. Delhi Police have seized Kundra's passport and they have not overruled chances of Kundra's arrest, said TV reports on Thursday.

According to TV news channels, the cops are likely to question Kundra for the second time on Thursday. Kundra, husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, is the co-owner of IPL franchise -- Rajastha Royals (RR).

Kundra has been facing the heat of the situation over arrests of three RR players -- S Sreesanth, Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan. The three cricketers have been denied bail and were sent to judicial custody till June 18.

Kundra earlier on Wednesday slammed media for speculating about his alleged role in IPL spot fixing scandal. The business tycoon turned up to micro-blogging site Twitter and tweeted, "Just 4 the Media who spent a fully day outside crime branch and didn't get a bite. My visit to crime branch was to help them in the case! GN."

Despite Kundra's statement that he went to Delhi Police Crime Branch to help the cops in their investigation, police sources claimed that clean chit has not been given to the RR owner yet. Meanwhile, police also grilled Kundra's close friend Umesh Goenka in connection with the fixing scam.
