Yes it became the 31st country to be a part of the group and Sweeden will be the 32nd one soon.

Love how Russia was supposed to stop expansation of NATO after invading Ukraine. It terribly backfired. This is why former Eastern Bloc country was encouraged to join NATO at first place. No sore loser. I mean former superpower will get over losing it's captured land. I mean satellite states. If Ukraine didn't had one of the most corrupt Kremlin friendly country government until 2014. They won't be in this situation too.

This makes things clear. Article 5 applies to Finland too.
