Feedback: Airtel should enable OTP verification for paid channels activation via IPTV STB

I think they should enable the OTP like service for paid channel activation bcoz if remote is in child hand and they press ok button the paid channel get added. I know they ask for confirmation on next step but again (second time) if press ok button channel get added as a la carte and accordingly it will reflect in bill.

Yes, fully agreed. This is a huge inconvenience. It's a very important feedback that they need to work on.

Exactly nothing will happen as it is one of their source of revenue! They only care about ARPU

I gave this feedback 2.5 years back, still there is no update on this. Airtel won't revert this feature
