Evangelion :3.01+1.01 Thrice Upon a Time - Anime films would be released exclusively on Amazon Prime Video on 240+ countries on 13th August 2021, excluding japan . As Amazon Prime Video India does have few anime series and amazon India does show movies along with India , it would do same with India has it doesn't exclude India , in press release they have only mentioned japan as excluded territory.

they'll probably release both dub in english and with english sub & jap dub as its a global release along with other language subtitles mentioned in press release

in this YouTube trailer in amazon prime video japan - in video from 1:29 to 1:39 they show Hindi dub in between other language dubs. its little confusing why they decided against showing Hindi of anime series in their prime video India YouTube channel ( only added jap audio one ) - `hope they'll add other anime or dub other anime's like Netflix India in future . sorry for posting late .
