Take a look at the Jio Fiber Broadband Plans page I had linked in my first comment. Customer has 2 options:

1) Opt for only Broadband. No STB or OTT apps subscription. Refundable Deposit Rs.1500.

2) Opt for both Broadband and STB (along with OTT subscriptions for Gold and above plans; No OTT subscription for Bronze and Silver plans). Refundable Deposit Rs.2500.

I have seen ur post bro. Still confuse. Rs 1500 / 2500 deposit are for free 1 month data plan.
I am asking about 399 & 699 plan, is there any or how many channels will I get via 4k stb ?

there is nothing written about 4k stb & channels available (other than ott)- in different plans !!!
They will provide you a 4k STB. All the premium and non premium channels which are present in these OTT apps will be available to you. Else if you go without the OTT app subscription plans, only few FTA channels will be available to you.

Plans Details from the screen shots in my previous post are for both new and old customers. See how there is an ❌ in the "OTT Apps Subscription Included" column for 399 and 699 plans. Almost all LIVE TV channels in Jio come as part of the other 3rd party apps like Voot, Sun Nxt, SonyLIV, Zee5, Hotstar, etc. The JIO TV+ app itself might offer a few channels. But I don't think even those might be accessible without access to even the Jio Cinema app. One will have subscribe to see if these 2 plans offer any LIVE TV channels.
