I've a Samsung Smart TV from 2015 and it does support wireless keyboard and mouse, and I can even turn off / control the TV using mouse.
So, I think your TV will also support it.

For that I know one software, I think already shared in OTF to.

That app you have to install in both TV + Mobile.

Then you can type anything and do up downs etc etc

yes, I've used Microsoft Wireless 800 (keyboard and mouse combo, single receiver) and Logitech M185 mouse, both works fine.
