Discussion Does Ola's customer support exist?

Does Ola support ever works? 100% there is error on the app. Call support is also always busy. Noticing since last 6 months.

Has anyone successful connected to Ola's customer service in the yeat 2022?

Nope, I have not been able to connect customer support.
In addition to that problem of 'driver cancelling the ride' have been a chronic issue for me.
I tried to contact customer support for the same issue but was unable to do so.
& Instead they fined Rs. 15 to me which will be adjusted in next ride
