Does anyone know when Airtel IPTV services will be available in Assam and Northeastern cities?

Airtel IPTV services have not yet been launched in Rajasthan, Assam, and the Northeastern states.

The Airtel Black plans do not show IPTV plans for these cities yet.

Why such delay ?? Any idea
