Creo Mark 1 gets Rs 6,000 price cut, now selling for Rs 13,999

Creo's Mark 1 smartphone, which was launched in
India at a price of Rs 19,999 has received a
massive price cut of Rs 6,000. The Creo Mark 1
is now available for buying on Flipkart for as low
as Rs 13,999 post the price drop.
Creo's Mark 1 phone runs Android-based Fuel
OS, and promises to deliver updates and a
community driven approach in this regard. The
company promises monthly software updates,
which are synonymous with new features, a data
manager, selfie flash, photo editor, and custom
audio effects to name a few.
The Mark 1 comes with a 5.5-inch QHD display
with a 2560x1440 pixels resolution and is
powered by a 1.95GHz octa-core Mediatek Helio
X10 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and
32GB of internal memory which is further
expandable by up to 128GB via a microSD card.
The dualSIM phone supports 4G LTE
connectivity.
On the camera front, it sports a 21-megapixel
rear camera with phase detection autofocus
alongside an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
It is backed by a 3,100mAh battery.
With the price cut, the Creo Mark 1will now fall
in the category of phones like the Xiaomi Redmi
Note 3 and LeEco's Le 2, as well as Honor's
recently launched 5C.
Unlike rival phones, Creo's phone runs an almost
stock Android (Lollipop) with a specific refuel
app that works as an update centre for the
phone. Its updates are said to improve the
phone's overall performance, and the fact that
the company is pushing for monthly updates
means Creo's phone is likely to get only better
with time.
