Yes, it is healthy. it has anti-cancer properties, stimulates liver and kidney function, helps in digestion and as we all know it is an instant energizer. important thing is it has low glycemic index. however, sugar is sugar, so it can be taken in moderate.

Ok so unpopular many youtuber have revealed it way back but the reel went viral these days. Even a youtuber called Fituber have exposed these products way back. Although, it's good to see everything comes out. Waiting for more and more to get exposed.
