Can i recharge again to my tata sky, if money is not deduct by Google pay.

today i recharge my tata sky acount by using google pay, there was payment failed, money is not deducted from bank. there was three steps...
Start Payment----it is complete. shpw green color mark.
Pay Intermediary--- it is not done
Bill Payment-----it is showing failed.
Should i recharge again ?
