BWF World Tour Daihatsu Japan Open 2023

With Lakshya Sen losing the semi finals against fifth seed Jonathan Christie India's challenge comes to end in Japan Open 2023. The trend is worrying as Indian players are losing matches in semi finals. Only with the exception of Chirag / Ranki all of them need to pull up the socks or otherwise it will be very difficult to get medals in coming Asian Games. Also the new crop of players are not displaying qualities to move to the next level and the upcoming talent needs mental makeup , speed and stamina to perform at top level.
