News is coming out that BSNL Soon might be offering 8 mbps as minimum to their DSL and fibre customers w.e.f November 1 2017
But there is a word up to sandwiched between technical language so it means subject to technical feasibility your broadband speed will be upto 8mbps
For 8 Mbps to be achieved the consumer needs to stay 2.5 km radius on the exchange
But it is a welcome news as most of us would get more than that crappy 4 mbps
But they would need to work on providing better post f u p speeds because what is the use of 8 Mbps on a 5 GB f u p
