as of now this plan is exclusively available for Punjab State only.
Launches 20Mbps & 40Mbps Broadband Plans with Unlimited Free Voice Callings (Local & STD) for Rs.690 & Rs.1190 in Punjab

Plan 690 will give you 20Mbps speed upto 80GB and 2Mbps beyond
Plan 1190 will give you 40Mbps speed upto 200GB and 5 Mbps beyond.
Both plan comes with Unlimited Local & STD Calls 24 Hrs a day.

BSNL should introduce this plan on PAN India basis.

Bro BharatNet is about bringing fiber network to 2.5 lakh Village. 1 lakh in 1st phase is about to go live within few months from now.

Without BharatNet it's impossible to provide high Mbps plans on BSNL old infrastructure.
