I'm seeking Help Regarding services of BSNL
My Recharge Plan expired 10 days ago & BSNL stopped Incoming and outgoing Calls , sms on my Number

As per trai laws there's clear guidelines to all operators related this issue 90 days uninterrupted services Something like that Correct me if I'm wrong

Now neither I'm able to receive calls nor able to connect with customer care to escalate my issue

So kindly help with this I already recharged my jio numbers and port my secondary sim to BSNL thought that services keep running and plans are cheaper for secondary sim
 
@Sukh Singh riar Bro bsnl is also no diffrent from private telecom companies just price is diffrent, recharge for 107 or above to reactivate your services, and that 90 days rule is that number stays your's for atleast 90 days It's not for incoming outgoing.
 
Everyone's wrong here about BSNL. In BSNL your number will stay yours until 165 days. Also, outgoing and incoming will get barred after 7 days. You can't expect freebies from our telcos.
 
Unpopular Opinion : If you can't manage to recharge secondry sim on time, just don't keep it. Otherwise, keep recharging with validity extension on time.
 
At first don't have secondary sims. I have seen people lose numbers linked to Aadhar because they forgot to recharge there Vi or Airtel sim as they had switched to Jio as primary number. If you have secondary sim for emergency purposes. Go for annual plans. Worth it if you want to retain the number.
