BSNL conducts mega mela in Tamil Nadu to offer free first recharge

The scheme thus enables the users of the SIM card to talk free of cost for 1,000 seconds every month for within the BSNL network for the first three months. In addition, it carries 25 free messages in local and national network for three months, a release said.

The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) conducted a mega mela across the central region in Trichy, Karur, Pudukkottai, Perambalur and Ariyalur on Tuesday. Hundreds of people flocked the stalls to buy the 'Puthu Vasantham' SIM cards which offers first recharge free of cost.
