Hello guyz, todays i exchanged my nokia 2690 and got a new jio phone. Its really amazing phone. We cant expect much more in this price, even we can read pdf file also in this phone.

Note - We can exchange any phone, no need to worry about mfg year.

But i have one doubt that they recharged my number with only 99rs why ? Will they recharge again with 99rs next month? Plz clear my doubt. Thanks

= just 501+99(1st month recharge OR is it prime subscription)?

Bro, open my jio app >menu>1.my plan>upcoming plan.
There you will see your upcoming plan of rs.495.
If you don't see that then contact jio store from where you bought the phone & ask him to recharge for rs.495.

bro no upcoming plan is showing in that section. Home screen is showing that ur plan renews in 27 days.

Okay! So, you don't need to worry about this basically they do 99 recharge first and then they'll do 495 recharge. Both the recharges are performed just after sim got activated.

Similarly, you can check it on adding your new number in your smartphone MyJio app. Click on view plan where you will find upcoming plan.

During sim activation i got only one msg of 99 recharge. Cc says that sometime its not reflect on app due to some error so no need to worry. Now What i need to do bro.

Then no need to worry! Even one of my friend did not showing upcoming plan.
Are you able to call and receive call and use data as he's not.
