Bolton Wanderers have signed Swansea City midfielder Darren Pratley on a four-year deal.
The 26-year-old scored 31 goals in 199 appearances during a five-year spell with the Swans, his last being in the Championship Play-off final win over Reading at Wembley which secured promotion to the Barclays Premier League.
Bolton manager Owen Coyle told the official club website: "We're delighted to have Darren here. A number of clubs were interested in him and we are pleased to have secured his services.
"He's an exciting player, who has the right character to blend into our squad. He is a good addition as we look to progress our club further in the upcoming season."
Before moving to South Wales, London-born Pratley came through the youth ranks at Fulham alongside current Wanderers duo Sean Davis and Zat Knight, before going on loan to Brentford to gain first-team experience.
The central midfielder also knows Sam Ricketts from his stint with Swansea, where he also wore the captain's armband.
