PTI reported that Ganguly, Shah along with head coach Dravid and NCA head Laxman are coming up with a contract for fast bowlers which will be separate from the central contract. 10 young budding fast bowlers will be handpicked by Troy Cooley, who will be joining the NCA as fast bowling coach and Laxman from the U19 and state sides and who are currently not in the national reckoning or do not have central contracts.
