BBC's One of Us Telugu Adaptation | Disney+ Hotstar

BBC Studios India entered regional space by producing Telugu language adaptation of BBC’s BATFA nominated One of Us for Disney+ Hotstar. No further details regarding cast and crew are announced. This marks the first Telugu language production for the streamer as well.

The four-part series originally written by Harry and Jack Williams (The Missing) for BBC One focuses on the mysterious murders of newly married couple’s childhood sweethearts who were found in their home soon after their honeymoon. The couple and their families are forced to search for the answers by unearthing consequences around them bringing ideas of loyalty and honesty into question.

Seems like Hotstar has dropped out of the show. Zee5 is now officially going to premiere it on April 14 as Gaalivaana.
