Automatically Changing IP in My Mobile

in My office Two WiFi router are there....my mobile connected with this two router i have full excess on my Mobile IP...
excess control with FortiGuard Web Filtering..
but every week my my IP No changes automatically and facing problem with excess...any solution to stop this changes automatical
