Audio-Technica has launched a new flagship model of headphones as part of its M-series, the ATH-M70x Professional Monitor Headphones.
These headphones have been designed with an aim to bring out added detail in the mix, says the company and will cost Rs 22,999.
ATH-M70x professional monitor headphones have proprietary 45 mm large-aperture drivers with rare earth magnets and copper-clad aluminium wire voice coils, says Audio-Technica.
The company claims that the large drivers (which is what helps define the sound in a set of headphones) in these M70x headphones can “accurately reproduce extreme low and high frequencies (5 to 40,000 Hz) while maintaining perfect balance.”
These headphones are designed for profession use, studio work, but according to the company these can also be used for DJ use, personal listening, mastering, etc.
The ATH M70x headphones have a maximum power input of 2,000 mW and the company adds that the design is such that users can listen to the sound even in a loud environment.
The ATH MH70x come with standard three interchangeable cables (1.2 m – 3.0 m coiled cable, 3.0 m straight cable and 1.2 m straight cable). Accessories included in the list are a carrying case and a 6.3 mm screw-on adapter - See more at: http://indianexpress.com/article/technology/gadgets/audio-technica-launches-new-ath-m70x-headphones-for-rs-22999/#sthash.K5sDllTn.dpuf
