Asus Republic of Gamers (ROG) on Thursday unveiled G20CB – a powerful, compact, and console-sized gaming desktop, the first in India equipped with the Nvidia Pascal GeForce GTX1080 GPU.

At a starting price of Rs. 1,85,990, the gaming desktop will be available for purchase via the Asus website .

“The latest Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card is the most advanced gaming graphics card the world has seen till date and it will provide an un-disruptive HD-gaming performance and entertainment for gamers,” Peter Chang, regional head-South Asia, Asus India said in a statement.

The G20 runs on a custom-cooling module and a fanless power adapter and includes a 6th generation Intel Core i7 Skylake processor. It has light zones which are fully customisable, thereby offering you 8 million colours in pulse, colour cycle or music equaliser modes.

The new card offers superior heat dissipation using vapour chamber cooling technology and premium materials. It comes with two internal fans which enhance heat dissipation according to Asus. The G20CB desktop is also eco-friendly, delivering energy savings of 50 percent better than the industry average, Asus claims.

Recently, the company also launched its flagship ROG series in India, namely GL502 and the world’s first Liquid-cooled laptop, GX700.
