Adding to the action camera market, Astrum Electronics has launched two new models with waterproof housing and HD video recording support at an affordable price.
The Sports Action Camera SC120 features a 2-inch colour LCD and allows full HD recording of 1080p @15fps and HD video at 720p/30fps. It features a 5 megapixel sensor with 120-degree wide angle lens. The removable battery offers up to 120 minutes of power.
Other features include built-in microphone, burst mode, and a self-timer. The SC120 is priced at Rs 4,490 and is available in Grey colour choice.
The Astrum Sports Action Camera SC170 is capable of shooting full HD footage of 1080p @30fps and HD video at 720p/60fps. It features a 12 megapixel 170-degree wide angle sensor and comes with a 1.5-inch LCD.

The camera is WiFi enabled and houses a removable Li-ion battery that is claimed to offer 90 minutes of power. Other features include built-in microphone, burst mode, and a self-timer.
