My Galaxy J7 has some issues,
Something wrong with my device now.
Mabe main issue is this showing below,
Image from recovery mode screen bottom side.
dm-verity verification failed...
Need to check DRK first...
let me explain in steps.
1- I press home key, swiped up, enter pin code to unlock, opened facebook from home screen shortcut & scrolled 2/3 post than it stucked.
2- Then i press home key & tried WhatsApp but it doesn't open, so press power key to lock & again press to wakeup device.
3- It's wakep screen but shows only notifications bar with battery & network indicators, area below notifications bar was totally blank & black.
4- Suddenly it shows this screen Image 2 and stops at Image 3.
Image 1
Image 2
(First android icon with processing circle
than falling android icon with ⚠ icon screen)
(Shows too fast)
Image 3
Now what i do and analyzed.
5- In Image 3 i tried those options & in it i can use reboot system now, power off, reboot to bootloader, view recovery log.
Also used wipe cache partition and than selected yes, but no solution.
6- Selecting reboot systems-now shows this in sequence Image 5.
A>B>C>D>E>F (stops to select options.)
After B device restarts again
( A&C Black Screen)
Image 5
7- Not tried wipe data/factory reset,
Because I don't want to lose data.
Don't Know about Mount/system option.
8- Apply update from ADB & SD card not working as other galaxy, when i select it shows this.
It Says Updated from external storage is disabled.
9- I removed and inserted battery again but same problem.
10- At switch off condition it doesn't show charging status screen when charger connects but device wakeup and shows Image 1>2>3 and stops.
Using mobile from 2016, was running well, never rooted, only FB WhatsApp & 2-3 other basic apps installed, disabled google's non important apps, storage was almost full (85 to 90%), inserted one airtel 4g sim & sd card but most of data in internal storage.
Anyone please provide me solution to start phone.
If possible give solution without losing user data.
