Apple has introduced a new app called Invites, designed to help users plan events such as birthday parties, graduations, vacations, and baby showers. The app allows users to create customizable invitations by selecting background images from their Photos app, choosing from Apple’s built-in images, or opting for an emoji background. Font customization is also available to personalize the invitations. Additionally, Invites integrates information from the Maps and Weather apps, providing invitees with essential details like weather conditions and directions to the event location.
The app also offers features such as collaborative playlists through Apple Music and shared photo albums, enhancing the event experience for both hosts and guests. It is available for download on the App Store for iPhone models running iOS 18 or later. Please note that while anyone can respond to invitations, creating them requires an iCloud+ subscription.
