NEW DELHI: While Apple fans across the world rejoice over the new iOS 7 features, not everyone is in love with the new operating system. And one of the unhappy users has sued the company's CEO Tim Cook over the new version of the mobile OS.
California resident Mark Menacher, has filed a complaint against Cook, demanding that the company remove the iOS 7 install file from all devices in his family. He also asked for a compensation of $50. The install file is downloaded to iOS devices automatically when they are connected to a power source and Wi-Fi network.
