Can we avail bank offer for newly launched Redmi phones?

New redmi phones are sold in flash sales at certain date and time. As far as i know, the sbi 10% discount don't apply for new phones that are still sold via flash sale. Once a product is on open sale, u can get the bank discount.

I want to exchange old laptop for new one during the sale. However, the touchpad of old laptop doesn't work so i have to use it with wired mouse. Such a product is acceptable for exchange? Everything else about it is perfect.
