इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट का बड़ा फैसला ,सरकारी वेतन पाने वाले अधिकारी, कर्मचारियों,नेताओं के बच्चे 2016 से सरकारी प्राथमिक स्कूल में पढ़े, सरकारी स्कूल में नहीं पढ़ाने पर सरकारी खजाने में जमा करना होगा फीस।

Translation- A big judgement by Allahbad High Court is that from the year 2016, if you are a government employee or ministers then it is mandatory that you have to send your children to Government Educational Institutions for studies.

And If you don't want your children in Government Institutes then you have to deposit an amount (total yearly fees as per government institutes) into Government's Account.
 
Send your kids to govt primary schools: Allahabad HC to UP officials, netas

In a significant judgment, the Allahabad High Court on Tuesday directed the Uttar Pradesh government to make it mandatory for the government employees and those serving in the local bodies to send their kids to government run primary schools. In its order, the HC asked the state government to take appropriate steps to ensure that these guidelines are implemented from the next academic session.

While hearing a group of petitions by Shiv Kumar Pathak and several others, the HC bench of Justice Sudhir Agarwal also suggested strict penalties for those officials/employees failing to follow the new rules.

In case the government employees fail to send their kids to the government primary schools, an amount, which they are paying as fee for their wards in private schools, will be deducted from their salaries every month. The court also directed the chief secretary to submit a compliance report in next six months.

During the course of hearing, the court also pulled up the state government for pathetic conditions of government schools and thequality of education.
