Airtel waived off my whole 1 month 1Gbps Fiber plan bill

My Airtel 1 Gbps plan bill was just auto paid; leaving me confused whether it was waived off or someone accidentally paid my bill? 🤔
Today evening i received a sms that my fiber bill amount is credited to my account. I have not done the payment from past 1 month and internet was also not working from past 1 month. So after getting this sms i checked the thanks app and there i find bill is paid and currently no dues present. After that i turn on my airtel router and internet is also working with full 1gbps speed. Few days back i got the sms that my connection will permanently disconnect on 8 march if i not paid the dues.

Wow. This is really nice from Airtel.

Did you complaint about the non working of the internet to CC? Or was its automatically detected and resolved from their end ?

No i have never complained anything about internet issues to customer care in last few months. Internet was not working due to non payment so there was no point of complaining.
