India’s top telecom operator, Bharti Airtel on Thursday said that it will soon be rolling out its 4G services in all 22 Districts of Haryana. The company has invited customers to upgrade their existing 2G/3G SIMs with 4G ready USIMs completely free of cost at Airtel retail stores in the state.
The upgrade will allow customers to continue with their 2G/3G services, while staying ready to experience Airtel 4G from the day of its launch.
“We are inviting data savvy customers across Haryana to be 4G ready with a simple upgrade to an Airtel USIM. We look forward to serving our customers with world-class services on Airtel 4G network,” said Manu Sood, Hub CEO - Upper North, Bharti Airtel.
Airtel 4G services are currently available to customers in Ambala, Karnal, Panipat, Sonipat, Rohtak, Yamunanagar, Hisar, Fatehabad, Kurukshetra, Kalka and Pinjore.
The launch of Airtel 4G in Haryana will be a part of Project Leap for which the company will invest a sum of Rs 60000 crores over the next three years.
