Bharti Airtel has rolled-out its new international roaming Smart Packs that offer free incoming calls and provide up-to 200% more data benefits than competing packs, the company said in a statement.
The international roaming packs are available for USA, UK, Singapore, Thailand, and UAE.
"At Airtel, our constant endeavor is to bring better value and convenience to our customers through innovative product solutions. Our research has shown that when it comes to international roaming, the customer is looking for the convenience of carrying the same number without having to worry about billing shocks. Our new international roaming Smart Packs are aimed addressing this need gap and set a new industry benchmark,"Srinivasan Gopalan, Director - Consumer Business, Bharti Airtel (India & South Asia), said in a statement.
The company said that customers can activate the pack through the Airtel website, myAirtel app, USSD and Customer Contact Centers.
