Good News Airtel 6 GB Data pack cost reduced from Rs. 175 to Rs. 98 for 28 days

Hi,

I was recharging Airtel 6 GB data pack for 175 till last month. Now i see a new pack added with same offers for Rs. 98 with same validity. But old pack is still available, what's the difference between both?

They recently launched Rs.48 and Rs.98 data plans with 3GB and 6GB data. probably forgot to remove the 175 pack. go ahead with the 98 pack.

Okay, I have looked for that over some places. They are going to remove 175 plan (already removed from many platforms) only 98 plan will be available. No difference between both plans apart from their price

The 199 plan is giving 1.5gb/day data with unlimited benefits and Airtel Thanks too. Compared to that 175 plan was very costly as it gives only 6 GB data for whole month without any additional benefits. Maybe that's the reason behind price cut.

You could have bought ₹49 recharge twice. You would have got 6 GB for ₹98.

The 199 plan is giving 2gb/day data with unlimited benefits and Airtel Thanks too. Compared to that 175 plan was very costly as it gives only 6 GB data for whole month without any additional benefits. Maybe that's the reason behind price cut.

It gives 1.5 GB. Earlier use to give 1.4 GB day.

Strange thing:

I recharged the 98 pack on 17 May, so it should already be expired by now but it is still available on my account and i used lesser than 1 GB from it. And it is going to expired on same day as my 399 prepaid plan.
