As per reports AIFF said they didnt have the money to host Argentina in India after the Argentina FA expressed their interest in hosting a friendly in India during the last week international friendlies.

If AIFF didnt have the funds they should have said it openly all the Argentina Fans Associations in Kerala would have crowd funded the match if it would have been staged in Kochi

All of the Fans Associations spent more than 100Cr for the FIFA World Cup wouldnt they spend the same if Argentina were to play in Kochi

Aiff had chance to show the world that how much people love football in india if they organised ind vs pak saff match in vivekananda yuva bharati stadium with 90k crowd but they chose Bengaluru home fround which capacity mere 30k 🤣🤣🤣

Similarly if they use kolkata for ind vs Argentina match and set ticket price 10k to vip 40k then almost ticket price organise match funding would be not issue but hosting grounds allocation in india is a big issue coz in past we saw galactico/ pele / even some ex Argentina player came in Kolkata

Already once Argentina played in Kolkata in 2011 now AIFF should have given a chance to Kerala to host them. We would have crowd funded the money if they had said 35-40Cr required for Messi and Argentina to play a match after the amount that we spent for all the teams during last year World Cup
