Seeking Help advice regarding upgrading amazon prime plan

Hello guys, yesterday i had purchased prime video lite plan but i am only able to use that on only 1 screen & that's it this wasn't the case with prime lite which i had with tata play binge now i contacted CC & they say only option you have is upgrade with 1499 amount but i want to know if i could use cheaper coupon to upgrade as i am having yearly coupon option which is cheaper 1250 something with my credit card, help guys
 
Yes this is the amazing case with Amazon Prime lite membership..If we take lite membership through prime it supports only 1 device viewing while Dth and telecoms provide lite membership with 2 device support.
 
yes, i had contacted CC they even if you upgrade we wont be able to refund as you had used prime video coupon fo 125 they say can refund if even 1 re is used from any coupon, like seriously
