Acer has introduced an engagement program for its channel partners dealing with projectors in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and New Delhi.
As part of this program, Acer will continue to expand its projector portfolio and organize partner meets across key cities. The company expanded its projector product range over the last year, and has introduced two new products --- C120 and K310.
“The projector segment has witnessed an unprecedented growth over the last year. In keeping with the market requirement, we have strengthened our projector portfolio with products ranging from 50 lumens to 500 lumens making us the only projector vendor to offer a complete range of LED projectors for customers across the segments,” said S Rajendran, Chief Marketing Officer, Acer India.
“The projector market has witnessed maximum acceptance from the education, SMB and SOHO segments in particular. The 3D projectors have started gaining immense traction in the education segment. To address the growing consumer need, we will be launching a range of hybrid models as well. The product range will hit the market in Q22012,” added Rajendran.
